What data we may process

Depending on how you use our website, we may process the following personal data, among other things:

• Name and contact details, such as email address and phone number
• Billing and delivery address

• Order history
• Data you provide yourself via contact and return forms
• Communication with our customer service
• Newsletter and marketing preferences
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser and device data, insofar as these are processed via our website and permitted cookies or similar technologies

Payments are processed via the payment methods and payment service providers available at checkout. Luxeario does not itself store full credit card details.

• Managing customer accounts

Newsletter and marketing

When you sign up for our newsletter, we use your data to send marketing communications from Luxeario.

For our email marketing we use Klaviyo.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails.

Service providers

To make our webshop and services possible, we make use of external service providers.

These may include, among others:

• Shopify for webshop, checkout, customer account and order functionality
• Lovable and associated cloud functionality for parts of our website and certain forms and transactional functions
• Klaviyo for newsletter and email marketing, and – only when you have given consent via the cookie settings – for onsite behavioural and purchase-related tracking, such as interactions with the webshop (such as adding products to the cart, "Added to Cart")
• payment service providers for processing payments
• suppliers, fulfilment partners and carriers for processing and delivering orders
• technical service providers necessary for hosting, security or website functionality

We only share personal data when this is necessary for our services, to comply with legal obligations, or when another valid basis exists for this.

International processing

Some service providers may process personal data outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area.

When this happens, we aim to ensure that appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are required to retain data longer due to a legal obligation.

Data that forms part of our financial administration is retained for the legally required retention period.

Other personal data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer necessary for the relevant purpose, taking into account any legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Depending on applicable privacy legislation, you may have the right to, among other things:

Our website uses secure connections, and access to personal data is limited, where possible, to parties and individuals who need this data.
