Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order amount. We currently deliver to Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery times
Ireland, the Netherlands & Belgium
Usually 4–8 weeks, depending on the lamp. Each lamp is prepared and shipped to order by our production partner; the expected delivery time is shown on every product page.
Other countries
We don't deliver outside Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium yet.
The delivery times mentioned are estimates. In exceptional cases, an order may take longer due to circumstances at the supplier or carrier.
Order processing
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
As soon as shipping and tracking information is available, you can use it to follow the progress of your order.
Track order
You can view the currently available shipping information via our existing Track & Trace page.
Multiple packages
An order may in some cases consist of multiple packages. As a result, products from the same order may be delivered at different times.
